Dear Valued Customer:

As I’m sure most of you are aware, Solutia sold its Wear-Dated brand to Mohawk Industries earlier this year. Mohawk will both own and manage the Wear-Dated brand beginning January 1, 2010.

As a result, Royalty Carpet Mills will, of course, be moving away from the Wear-Dated brand and we will be converting many of our best Wear-Dated styles utilizing either the Invista Stainmaster brand or - for unbranded products - our Royalguard value yarn system.

You can be assured that all of the products we convert will maintain the styling, quality and value that Royalty Carpet Mills has long been known for. We will begin the process of phasing out Wear-Dated products over the next few months. Listed on the back of this letter are the products that will be converted to either Stainmaster branded products, or unbranded Royalguard products.
