Tile Warranty

Ceramic and porcelain tile sold by Royalty Carpet Mills, Inc. installed indoors for residential purposes, is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase, as being free from manufacturing defects.

In the event of a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must notify the dealer from whom the tile was purchased, in writing and permit Royalty Carpet Mills Inc, or its representatives to inspect the tile. Royalty Carpet Mills Inc. will make necessary repairs to the tile and replace the tiles up to industry standards.

Royalty Carpet Mills Inc. responsibility under this warranty is limited to its invoice price of the material excluding installation.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, which may be claimed as a result of the necessity for repair or replacement, nor does it apply to other material sold by Royalty Carpet Mills Inc. as "First Quality." This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
